I only want to have one or two sessions, not commit to a whole programme. Can I do that?
My experience is that to experience real transformation and create sustainable habits, 3 months is the minimum term, with 6 months being optimal. That said, specific one-off challenges can be easily handled in one or a few sessions, so we’re best to discuss your situation and what you want to get out of coaching, so that I can let you know the best approach and whether or not a single session is likely to do the trick.
