"What a journey!"

From starting the programme and not really knowing what I was wanting to get out of it to in six months feeling like I was running the sessions on my own!

This to me is the sign of a great coach. Saskia has the ability to ask the right questions to help me come up with my own answers rather than just telling me the answer. This made me feel I have total ownership and accountability for my life….If I want it to be it is up to me!!

Through this period I have obtained the job of my dreams, completed an 1100km cycle of the South Island and the gruelling Le Race bike ride… all goals that I have had for sometime but never quite managed to make happen. The change has been through using the disciplines and tools that Saskia has helped me discover.
